The focus of the project is on improving quality of education of children, capacity building of teachers for providing educational support, curriculum interventions; curriculum related teaching learning material development for bringing about an significant improvement in learning by students.

The project goal is to ensure quality primary education for disadvantaged children by providing remediation, increasing retention and learning in the formal primary school system with the active participation of the teachers, parents and community towards achieving the national education goal of compulsory primary education to all children.

• Organizing remedial classes for the mainstreamed disadvantaged children
• Developing child centered curriculum for effectively teaching multi level disadvantaged children
• Providing need based teaching learning material and teaching aid
• Capacity building of teachers in providing quality primary education, practicing active learning strategies and promoting active assessment in the classroom
